Is it possible for adults to get into either ballet or gymnastics?

I%26#039;m 19 and I used to do ballet and gymnastics when I was little, but I would like to get back into it. Is it at all possible for me to get into it again? I live in Kansas, so does anyone know?

ballet is a definite because companies hold dance workshop and sessions and classes begginers or advanced begginers all the time. but gymnastic i dont know cuz my sister does it and its pretty cut throat at her age. however she competes r u planing to compete in gymnastics.

yea of course. Gymnastics I%26#039;m not sure but ballet defintely. The ballet center I go to has adult classes.
Reply:I deffinately know ballet you can join at anytime, they have adult beginner, intermidiate, and advanced classes. If you want to join I suggest you go visit your local dance studios.
