I know I probably sound like a white girl but how do you get silly?

you mix rockstar with vodka!!

Ball up your fist and put the up by your face. (your face is in between) and move them left and right. While your doing that squat down a little and lift up your left leg then your right leg and stay on your toes ( do that over and over) you gotta twist with it!
